RETURNS

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@watmall.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Nigeria, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We offer returns, refunds and repairs of damaged products according to the provisions of the law. If the product you purchased from us is damaged or does not function properly, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repairs.

  1. REFUNDS

We offer refund for the products purchased if:

When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and item is in its original packaging. We recommend that you keep the original carton and packaging material for a smooth and easy return.
If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

Get your refund within 24 hours when you drop off item at the nearest Watmall dropoff station. Eligible Fashion items Only

You can also request a return if you have changed your mind about an item AND if it has not been opened except for the following items, for hygiene and security reasons: swimwear, underwear, lingerie, earrings, cosmetics, fragrances, groceries, food supplements, software, tickets, and adult products.

Customers may be eligible for a refund provided that:

- The product is returned in its original packaging.

- The product must not be damaged or broken at the time of return.

- The product will be returned with the receipt issued for its purchase.

  1. EXCEPTIONS

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if:

- You misused or mishandled the product in such a way that caused damage to the product.

- You were aware or notified of the problems with the product before making the purchase.

- You can initiate a return within 15 days for Official store items and 7 days for other eligible items if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective or counterfeit item

  1. EXEMPTED PRODUCTS

Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may not accept any return and refuse to grant a refund for the following products:

Underwears
Food Items

  1. DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If you discover that the product you purchased from us is damaged during delivery:

- report the damage to us within: 1 week upon discovery;

- ensure that that the damaged product is returned in the same condition and packaging it was when it was received;

- we will organize for the repair and/or replacement of the damaged product provided the damaged product is returned within the following period: 7 days following your receipt of the product.

  1. EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We also reserve the right to allow customers to exchange product with a similar or another product in our store in place of a refund.

  1. RETURN SHIPPING

For all cases of refund on products, it is our policy that customers will bear all shipping costs or other costs associated with the return of the products.

If the product is being returned for repairs or an exchange, customers will also bear the shipping costs and organize for the shipping, transportation and collection of the product.

  1. HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS

Products may be returned as follows:

  1. Login and go to ORDERS Then click on the order of the item(s) you wish to return
    2. Select the number of items you wish to return, the reason of the return and give us more details to help us identify the issue with the product
    3. Select your preferred refund method
    4. Choose your ideal return process : Return the item yourself to one of our eligible drop-off stations or let us handle it by picking-up the item from you.
    5. Check your information and submit your return request.
